off to Germany tomorrow

i had a fantastic run last nite on the treadmill. it always feels so great having down some physical activity. today is a no run day but tomorrow morning getting up early to hit the roads and clock up some mileage then a bit of work and leaving in the evening for Germany spending the weekend with my parents and sister. returning on monday with a full running programme ahead. it always feels a bit difficult after some days of laziness which are just ahead of myself for now. after having returned on monday from Germany no out of town trips are allowed until April 26th - Marathon Day. Off to bed now and please do not forget to click on the ads to raise money for CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA. Please also always visit their website at www.leukaemia.org . Thank you so much. Have a great weekend until Monday; i hope to bring some pictures from my little village i grew up to show you my roots.......

it has been a long and interesting day this Wednesday. At work it has been very lmorous and wild too. Then finally getting home hitting the roads and the gym for my daily training. Never been a night gym goer hitting today peak hour with almost queuing up to get a treadmill. Finally after some light work out i am able to catch my run. well run and well bathed i am sitting now relaxing writing a few lines for the blog. London is rainy at the moment. The weekend is near and I am flying to Germany visiting my parents for the weekend. Will be back on Monday nite; hope to take some pictures to show the small village I grew up.

Set up

Finally succeeded in started my own blog for the London Marathon 2009. Through my supported charity CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA , big thanks to Caro and Ben, i am able to run in the London Marathon 2009. Absolutely exciting.
As always in the past also this time I am going to raise funds for CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA. I had this stunning idea of creating 42 paintings, for every kilometer one painting, and selling them to you here within my blog raising as much money as I can. All proceeds are going to be allocated to CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA.
I even set up an adsense account in order for you to click as many times on the adverts to raise even more funds for CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA. Please have a look at their website too http://www.leukaemia.org/ inaugurated by the late Princess Diana.

In due course I am going to post pictures of the already finished paintings for you to get an idea of what you might be interested in buying at a later stage. At the moment I have not decided on any kind of pricing system - therefore ideas are very welcome.
